Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At Bespoke Balloons, we take pride in creating beautiful, sustainable balloon designs using premium natural latex. Because our work involves custom ordering, labor, and date reservations, the following policy applies. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Cancellation & Refund Timeline
14 or more days before the event/delivery date
Full refund — No cancellation fee.
7–13 days before the event/delivery date
50% refund or full amount as store credit (minus any custom materials already purchased and processing fees).
Less than 7 days before the event/delivery date
No refunds. Full payment is retained due to materials purchased, labor completed, and opportunity costs. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Elements
The following are always non-refundable where applicable:
Custom or special-order items (specific colors, prints, helium, props, etc.) once ordered or produced.
Any design or consultation time already completed.a
Rescheduling Policy
We strongly encourage rescheduling instead of canceling when possible (subject to availability). Rescheduling with at least 14 days’ notice incurs no fee.
